During your scheduled appointment we will send you the Point Data server information, move any data needed, help you setup users + permissions and verify Point connects to our server.

Items you will either need or need access to for the Deployment:

  • *VERY IMPORTANT* Please have access to your myCalyx.com account (This will be provided by Calyx, we do not have access to this User Name or Password here at focusIT. The user name is your email address and they assign a temporary password that must be changed on your first login. Contact Calyx if you need to reset your password or use ‘Forgot Password’ on the login screen of the myCalyx.com)
  • A list of your Users and their Roles (For Originators, make sure you have the name they will use on Page 4 of the 1003, which must match their name as entered under NMLS)
  • A format for User Names and Passwords (Passwords must be a least 8 letters with 3 of the 4 types of characters: numbers, symbols, uppercase and lowercase)

If you have existing loans, templates, or contacts we need to import. Have access or know where the files are. We will obtain a copy of them.
