Error Code 21

Error code -21 is only a username or password error.

**If you have gotten this error more than 5 times you will need to wait 15 minutes and the lockout to be removed automatically**or you can have your admin delete the lockout or reset your password.

To delete lockout:
The admin will have to log into Point central. Go to users>Locked out users. If there is a locked out user simply press the delete option. Then the user can test point access again. If the user still gets the error move onto the next step.

To reset password:

In Point central go to 1. Users  2. list users 3.Find the user getting the error. Press edit on their username.

Down about half way you will see a password box.

Enter the new password twice and make sure to click update
